Kids used to ask me if I wore Miss Lee Press On Nails. LOL. I actually think my fingernails look like fake nails, but I admit that I hate my toenails. I definitely think they look better when you dress them up with polish.

I get acrylic nails done & that seems to mask the clubness. My biggest issue was the weak & curvy look my nails have.
My toys I think are the worst, but a bit of polish done right & that helps.
Just a note with the acrylic nails...it makes it hard to get a good reading on 02 saturation.
If I am super sick they have attached the 02 sat to my toe.

I would not recommend fake nails at all. The bacteria that accumulates under them, I can't even fathom! I do recommend keeping your nails short and using a clear base and top coat because it evens out the nail before and after you put polish on. Hope that helps!

Normally I don't think about them too much. But just the other day I had a pedicure/manicure done for the first time in a long while and I wondered if the gal would say anything. She didn't. I expressed that I wanted a more neutral color on my toes since painting them red makes me feel like my big toe could cover for Rudolph's red nose, but other than that it never came up. Keeping them shorter and polished nicely does seem to help.
