Hi all, I had a list of foods but lost it and someone else is looking for ideas. If you have some, can you post them here for everyone. Regular recipies also welcome!! Thanks, Kelly

I was searching for a bunch of these not long ago.

I make toasted swiss-cheese and bacon sandwiches and tomato soup... SOOO tasty, healthy and very high calorie.
Ofcourse peanuts are obvious... Peanut butter crackers... etc..
There is something that I make for dinner here in our house that we all love. Buy some turkey cheddar wurst and a package of the 50% larger (6 in a package) cresent rolls. Roll the cheddarworst in a cresent (do this for all 6 of course) and bake in a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 10 mins. Turn the cheddar wurst rolls over and bake another 8 mins. Take them out and let them cool a little and enjoy! Each roll has about 290 calories and not too many carbs! Hey, serve with a side of cottage cheese and you got about 400 calories and still not too many carbs. Even more calories if you eat more than one!!!
