High count probiotics

Hey,

I take culturelle or CVS equivalent.. One pill w/ breakfast one w/ dinner.. It can be costly since it is about $22 for 30 pills.. I try to stock up on them when CVS has their buy one get one. CVS brand is about $17 & I think they are equally good. Maybe your local pharmacy has the same type of deals.

I think they should be taken even if you are not currently taking abx..

culturelle has a great probiotic in it but it isn't for vaginal flora - it is for gut health. Gut health is important and the bug in culturelle has been studied in CF so I do take it. But for vaginal yeast problems you need something more.

I have taken DDS Plus for intestinal flora, 5 Billion g. I bought this kind at a Natural food store. It seemed to help after being on antibiotics. Im currently on antibiotics right now and will start taking the probiotics after i finish.
