finnally found an Insurance firm that does not charge an arm and a leg for Craig, just because he has Cf. For all you brits out there try Endsleigh for your travel insurance, and for everyone else we were quoted £117 for a family of four, and the extra premium for craig for his CF is .....wait for it.....£0, thats zero, nada, nil .

Thats about $210 US. The only stipulation that they have regarding any dx condition, is that it can not have been dx within the previous year to your travel date. At last a company who has seen some sense in insurance for pre-existing conditions.

We had been quoted anything between £272 to £550 extra ontop of the £100 for the family, most companies dont even want to know, which is a damn disgrace. So I'm pretty much pleased with myself to have found this co.

well done craig, i will make a note of that. we went to new york for 3 nights and then las vegas for 11 nights in august 2004( we were married there) , they wanted nearly 600 pounds for the 14 days, yikes!!!!!!! we went without extra insurance. probably risky but our doc gives us antibiotics in case he gets a cough, no problems so far though. brill<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

Will do that on Friday when I pay it, I will be grilling them and making sure what they say is correct.
