i had a sinus surgery too but one week before your son's surgery.( my fourth one in my life) but went i got to go back to my house they didnt give anything..i really dont know whats that nasal irrigation four years ago they gave me like salt water with big injection to wash my nostrials..i dont know if thats what they gave to your son..
