Home Ivs and back ache

I posted about a couple of weeks ago. I couldn't get better and had to go to the hospital.
Now I am doing home IVS. I am pretty active in my life. When I do the hosptial/home Iv thing,I am non active. My back, shoulders and neck hurts from being inactive, laying down and doing sit down activites.
how do you make your back, shoulders, and neck not feel so tight?

that happens to me too. i don't know what to do about it either. usually i try to sit up more instead of laying, and shift my position alot. i take tylenol and ibprofen as needed too. sorry i can't help... if you figure something out let me know! i always thought part of it was a side effect of i.v. antibiotics... when i stop them my neck/shoulder pain goes away. plus i'm usually stressed on i.v.s which might add to it a tad.
