Homeopathic H1N1 prevention?

I went to a naturopath and he gave me a homeopathic to prevent against H1N1. I havne't taken it yet-but am wondering if anyone has heard about it?

Here is some info on it I found online:

There may be some--scratch that I KNOW there are some companies that are claiming homeopathic H1N1 but there has not been time to develop nor definately time to test such a thing. I can tell you the FDA has been citing companies for claiming such things left and right, you can get on their website and search in their warning letters. They have NOONE that is allowed to make such claims filed. Supplements etc do not have to be filed but making claims about preventing/curing a virus makes it a medication under alot rules which does require it to be treated like such and noone has done that.

I would love to stand to be corrected but I believe this doctor while not trying to mislead you is completely full of BS.

Yeah-I still haven't taken it but I'm not sure that I won't. I called my CF doctor and he said basically he can't say anything for or against it-he just doesn't know about it. However-I don't believe that only FDA approved items are the answer for CF-there are many supplements, etc that aren't approved by the FDA that help.

For instance-about 10 years ago when I was no antibiotics I had NO idea about acidophilous. My system was a MESS-I had fevers, chills, couldn't keep anything down....and it was because the antibioitics took ALL of the bacteria out of my system-both good and bad.

A naturopath friend told me about acidophilous and I am SO thankful for that. My MD never told me anything about that-they just put me on diflucan-it was a bad cycle-antibioitics, then diflucan, etc etc.

So-I agree with a lot of homeopathic remedies to help CF...I think I will try and call the company that makes this and have them explain to me what exactly is in it and what it does.
