You can look at it lots of ways. Yes the D508 is considered a leve 2 I believe meaning its one of the worse types. But also it is the most common so if a cure is found it will most likley be for this genotype

Katie: I was diagnosed at the age of 2. But I do not know the genotypes, what is that?

<br />Alisha: Great point about the delta 508 being most common and therefore a cure has good odds of addresssing those of us who carry that gene.
