I have had this experience, it's very puzzling but it to me is what happens when you start to get into the realm where it becomes more and more difficult to bounce back, and then you bounce back less and less each time. That has been what it meant for me. Medicine can kill bacteria and clean you out you can move more air, but medicine can't reverse fibrosis at least a lot.

Then there are times where it takes longer than 1 week to see anything.... this might be one of the times you need 3-4 weeks worth. What bacteria do you have? What's your FEV1?
