I always asked for a new one every time too.. It's just not healthy to have the same neb without cleaning them like we do at home, just rinsing them off is not always enough..

never really thought about it that way. i guess since my rt always rinses them off with sterile water after wards and turns them upside down to dry on a paper towel i wasnt concerned.my hospital does use pari nebs, but only for hts. always learning something new on this site!<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
