I wash my nebs with hot soapy water, and then I put them in a pot of water and boil them for 10 minutes. Before you put the neb cups in the water, let it boil for about 5 minutes first, so that the water is purified. Then let them airdry. I clean and boil mine after every use, but its not like I'm washing daily because I have 4 neb cups.

I use disposable ones too, but I have been told that as long as you wash them in hot, soapy water (or the dishwasher) after each use that I can use them for 2 weeks and then replace them. You may be using a totally different kind, though. Mine are the old "T" style, my particular brand name is Salter Labs. I started using these to help reduce foaming w/ Colistin and although I don't do Colistin any more, I guess I've just gotten used to these types.
The PARI, etc are better, but my insurance only covers them at certain medical equip places & they are all miles away, so I just use the disposable ones.
I'm not sure what type you are using, but it sounds as if it could get expensive replacing them every day.

I got this from the CFF site. Its all about stopping the spread of germs and how to/not to clean your nebs:

<a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.cff.org/UploadedFiles/living_with_cf/Files/Respiratory%20--%20Stopping%20the%20Spread%20of%20Germs.pdf">http://www.cff.org/UploadedFil...pread%20of%20Germs.pdf</a>

Edited to add: It says not to use vinegar - that vinegar is not strong enough to kill all the germs, that you should either boil them, microwave them in water for 5 minutes, use a dishwasher with water hotter then 158 F for 30 minutes, soak in 1 part bleach and 50 parts water for 3 minutes, or soak in 70% isopropyl alcohol for 5 minutes, or 3% hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes.

I use hydrogen peroxide. The problem with alcohol is that it can break down the material of the plastic.
