The older compressors (pre 105) actually had a use clock in the back. The 105 has the clock in the digital readout. On the screen that gives you a choice between NORMAL or CUSTOM, press the off button. Upper right of screen will give you total hours used.
sorry but I was away this lady I know has some chart she showed my daughter my granddaughter is the one who has cf she is 2 and a half years old im trying to figure out how you figure the hours up on her machine right now it has upper right hand corner 228:43:10 down below 224:44:43 to the left v35d4 lower left 1:56:11 trying to figure all this out and see what or how many hours on this particular machine any help I would really appreciate it very much grandfather of a cf patient
I went on the website and found the manual. I had to do this when DS' hill rom vest was replaced and they sent a new programmable model, which I had no clue how to program. Here's the link to the incourage site
We have the Respirtech Encourage system, but the manual doesn't say what these numbers mean. I really never looked at them. But, my guess is that 228:43:10 is the number of hours on the machine. My daughter has had her machine for about 7 years and that number shows 2484:16:31! My husband also has a vest machine that he received a few years after my daughter, and his shows 1504:44:34.
