I bought a little portable electric tea kettle that I boil the water in and then soak them in a glass bowl. Sometimes I also will soak them in 5 parts water to one part bleach before I boil them.

Hi Elisa,

Gwendolynn is beautiful !!!

I use 5 different meds , so i have 4 sets for each med. this is so i dont have to do this every day.. I mark each one with the meds initials .. Here is my routine..

I wash each set with warm soapy water, then i boil them in separate pots for 10 minutes to sterilize ..

Some ppl use a baby bottle sterilizer in the micro ..

I put the sterilized nebs on clean paper towels to dry completely (this is important)

I use one set per med per day.. I wash them in soapy water after my AM dose & let them dry completely ..

I usually do them every 3 days..

Hope this helped, any questions please PM me..

Take care <img src="i/expressions/heart.gif" border="0"> joni

i boil them everyday for at least 10 minutes. i never use a neb cup without boiling it first. most cf centers say that boiling is a very effective way of sanitizing them... and it's really not very hard to do.
