How do you know when you can work out again?

Trying to get back on topic:

I was real, real sick for a long time. I used to joke about my "get out of bed more often fitness program". If you don't think you are up for strenuous exercise, then you can park a little farther from the store, take the stairs instead of the elevator...etc. For a long, long time I did stuff like that. I went from being bedridden to eventually being able to walk the 2 mile path at Muir Woods (with lots of rest stops, but still!). These days, I can walk about seven miles when there is need for it (I have no car, so walking is basic transportation). I have not been to a gym in a zillion years and I have no workout program. But I push myself to do more when I can and I work hard on taking care of myself when I need to do that.

For viral infections, extra vitamin A, extra vitamin E, olive leaf extract, irrigating my sinuses, and drinking a small amount of diet tonic water have done wonders. I even gargle with a mixture of diet tonic water and peroxide.

Good luck with this.
