LOL... Yes, I totally agree with you that the asthma thing could be a major issue right now, but I really don't know what more I can do aside from living in a bubble (or tearing out all carpet and upholstry, which we cannot afford right now). I'm on all the meds I can be on for it. Its just frustrating....

I hope its asthma/allergy related and not CF related... That would make it easier for me to "handle" from a "worsening" standpoint. But clearly, asthma/allergies are no easier to treat in this case. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">

Anyway... back on point..... LOL

There's a bubble I can live in? Where can I get one?

I wear a charcoal mask a lot, look like a freak, embarrass my boyfriend (although he has gotten used to it and now yells at people who stare at me.) I wear the mask especially on windy days, high pollen count days. I take Quercetin complex, a natural anti-histimine, Claritin, lots of goodies. I take NAC, and Tumeric (huge difference), in the car I have the windows up and recycle the air avoiding car exhaust.

Fish oil, Vitamin D (I tested extremely low) which is essential for lowering inflammation...

Uh oh, there I go again.
