How early did you get high blood sugar?

Hi,

I am in my 7th week of pregnancy and have CFRD. Previous glucose tolerance tests have been positive, but my BSL is usually fine (I'm not on insulin) and only gets elevated when I am unwell.

Over the past week I have had increased BSLs two hours after eating (ranging from 9-12). I'm not sure if it's pregnancy or if I'm getting sick.

I have been feeling a bit wheesy and more SOB and had a slight increased cough, but not especially productive. I have stopped taking zithro, so maybe am getting increased inflammation??

My blood test last week had slightly elevated WBCs, but this is also apparently normal in PG.

Bit confused. I plan on contacting the clinic after the w/e, but just wondering if others experienced increased BSL this early in PG, or if it's sign that I need abx.

Thanks

AJ
