Tobi 7 minutes, Pulmozyme 3 minutes. We do everything by eflow but we don't do the full dosage (5ml) of Tobi as the eflow stops before everything is nebulized. There is no safety concern over here in Europe/Switzerland. I was told by the German producer of the eflow (Pari) that efficiency by eflow is greater even if the full dosage is not used. Needless to talk about the waste of medicine and money...obviously the Tobi producers are not willing to adapt the dosage and supply the appropriate amount for the eflow. That would be the way to solve the safety concern.
