How Long Should Amby Test Take?

<P>My 7 year old daughter has had two sweat test done.  The first one was done over year ago and was "inconclusive"-(one site worked and not enough sweat on the other site) and the doctor said that he didn't think that it had to be repeated.  I was so relieved-never even asked what the numbers were.  My daughter has continued with a frequent cough and some wacky PFT numbers-so we went for a second opinion.  The new doctor ordered a repeat sweat test and numbers came back 48 and 53.  So the doctor order the Ambry test.  My question is:  The test was done on May 16, 2011-how long does the test take?  Shouldn't the results be back by now?  How long did you wait?</P>

I know the waiting is so hard! It took ours exactly a month. I hope you get an answer soon. God bless.

Emily's took a month, my boys took about 5wks. You should be hearing any time now! Hoping the very best.
