How Long.. ???

hey Everyone

How long does it usually take you to get back to your normal routines (Hypertonic Saline, Pulmo, Vest, Exercise, etc) After a bleed?

I bled some yesterday morning while breathing my Pulmozyme before work. I felt kind of gurgly all day, you know the feeling. I layed low last night and only breathed my albuterol a couple of times and I did a little bit of my HS.

I breathed my pulmo today just now, is that too soon? What about walking? Should I hold off on walking on the treadmill? Thanks!

If it's only a few teaspoons of pure blood I don't skip any treatments (vest, xopenex, HTS, Aztreonam or Ceftaz, and pulmozyme) but I do lay off the exercise until the mucus has returned to normal. My bleeds lately seem to come from exercise, they are bright red 100% blood and then my mucus is mixed/bloody for the rest of the day, even into the next day.

I think it just depends on the quantity of blood and frequency. In my situation, I haven't felt the need to stop treatments. But if it were cups vs teaspoons, I'd reconsider.
