How Long.. ???

It depends for me. I can usually tell if I'll re-bleed, and if I don't think I will, or don't think I will till the clot drops, then I'll do treatment if I think I need it. If I think I can get away with not doing treatment to make sure the clot doesn't fall off, I'll wait a day, but that's about it.

The exception, is if it was a large bleed, but then I'd end up going to the hospital and I let my doctor make the decisions then, obviously <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I usually hold off from the vest and Pulmozyme for a day. It's always best to take things easy for at least 24 hours to give the bleeding offender time to heal.

This is a good statement.... Because if it is just a teeny tiny amount, i dont stop any treatments, but if it is more than a teaspoon i will hold off to make sure not to aggravate it more. And if you are ever coughing up "cups" of blood vs. teaspoons, you better get to a hospital pronto.

This is a good statement.... Because if it is just a teeny tiny amount, i dont stop any treatments, but if it is more than a teaspoon i will hold off to make sure not to aggravate it more. And if you are ever coughing up "cups" of blood vs. teaspoons, you better get to a hospital pronto.
