How many ADEKS?

Both my ADEK & ABDEK bottles say to take two a day. This is the general guideline I guess & I am sure according to your vitamin levels it would be adjusted according to your needs. I also found out that ADEK is suppose to be chewed to get the full benefit. Hell I wasnt doing that & never have so my doctor switched me to ABDEK which is a softgel. I can swallow it whole & its designed to work fine that way.

However these ADEKS were given to me by the hosp and not through a
prescription so no label. The doc told me how many i was
supposed to take but with so much going on i forgot. I do know my
vitamin levels are way way way down - but this doc doesn't know
that and 2 a day rings a bell.<br>
So yes, i do know to read labels
