if i remember correctly i used an over the counter tracker and tracked for a month before my husband came home. i had a general idea of when i ovulated, so i started taking the robitussin a week before i ovulated and continued a week after. so i took if for a total of two weeks out of one month. and i just followed the instructions on the bottle for how to take it. hope that helps some!
