How much weight did your child gain when getting a Gtube?

After months of struggeling with Grants weight his doc decided that a G-tube is his best option. He is now in the 2 percentile for weight and 50 percentile for height.

2months ago at his appt he had gained 2 pounds in 5 weeks, we were thrilled. At his appt today he did not gain anything despite eating very well. My question is how much weight did your child gain when getting a tube?

my daughter went from being constantly hospitalized with ftt...and below 5th percentile to steadily improving and for a solid 6 months she has been at above the 95th percentile. i feel it was one of the best decisions i made for her health.

Alyssa was steadily in the under 5th percentile. She got her tube a little over a year ago and has gained 10 pounds and is now in the 70th percentile.
