How often do you get hemoptysis?

I get a small amount every morning. Usually the first cough in the morning will bring up dark red then slowly it clears as I do my meds.

Two days ago, I was feeling a bit down and took two advils and within 30 minutes coughed up about a half a cup. Pretty scary.

I also get it if I go to bed right after I am finished with my meds at night. So I usually do the meds and then watch some TV for about a hour.

I guess thats why I go to bed at like 3am every day. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
