Hi i'm alyssa i'm 12 years old turning 13 this July and i have CF. I take those scandi shakes too and your right PUKE <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0"> i take t he strawberry flavor what flavor do you take? I'm 54 inches and i way about 69 pounds. If anyone else takes those shakes and other therapy's write back at my dad's email adress jmarino@pioneeris.net

hey,

this is my first time posting on here, but i'm 5'9" and over 180 pounds. it may seem like i have a lot of fat, but i don't really, playing hockey really helps with weight gain.

I heard that there are alot of great CF Clinics in Europe and more use of new technologies and techniques. Is this true. What kind of care can I expect my son to get if I were to move to the UK? Thanks

give me a shot in the spine to grow.

hi im 11 years 4 foot 9 but i was on prednisone and it made me realy hevy so im still shrinking and im 108 pounds i dont like my weight because im only 11 and i should be like 95 pounds. what do u think an 11 yer old with cf should weigh.

Hi I'm 26, 5'1 and between 90-95lbs, depending on how much I've had to drink in the last hour and what clothes I'm wearing <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> I would just like to say that I weighed more in highschool and I think everyone should put on as much weight as possible while they can even if it makes them feel a little bit heavier because it will literally melt off of you as soon as you get sick. So pack it on like a bear getting ready for winter.

Scandi shakes=bad, ice cream sundaes=good
