How to tell Parents and Students about CF?

Just a thought as an outsider (I'm not necessarily a teacher).

Had you considered trying to coordinate with the school principal to have something like a "Parent-Teacher" conference to either deal on a one-on-one or as small groups, or the group as a whole?

IMO, rather than a letter, sometimes the presentation in person may go over a little more effectively.

Probably not for you this school year, but I thought it would be neat to have a CF Awareness/fundraiser at my school. I'm not exactly sure how to go about it though. The nearest CF walk is 3 hours away, so I thought about organizing a walk, but I know that may be more than I alone could handle. The other thing I was thinking of doing was selling glow-in-the-dark bracelets at our dances to raise money for CF, but I want it to be an awareness thing, too. (Especially since you started this post and got me thinking.) Anyway, these are just some ideas I am throwing around in my mind for next year and maybe something in them will appeal to you, as well.
