Katie,
My improvements have been while actually living within sight and sound of the ocean, and since I upped the HTS to 10%. I also increased my heavy-breathing exercise in this time frame, so it is hard to know what to attribute to what.

Katie - My opinion on HTS is that it won't drastically improve your current "baseline", but it will probably keep you there longer. I still culture pseudomonas, but I think I need treatment for it less frequently than I used to. My lungs also *feel* better if I do it regularly. To me it's a no brainer to incorporate it into treatment.
