Sounds like low blood sugar to me. (hypoglycemia)

* hunger
* nervousness and shakiness
* perspiration
* dizziness or light-headedness
* sleepiness
* confusion
* difficulty speaking
* feeling anxious or weak

Do you get any of those symptoms too? You might even pass out if you start to feel shaky and don't eat, so be careful.

I get like that and I have to eat something even something small to make myself feel better. I make sure I always have something like a granola bar or something like that in my purse incase I get like that when I am out.

I agree. Sounds like hypoglycemia. I get that sometimes even though I'm not diabetic. Are you a restless sleeper? That could be another indicator of hypoglycemia. If so, try having a good carb loaded snack (like a bowl of cereal) before bed and see if that makes a difference. Works for me and also for a friend of mine.
