My daughter began doing hypertonic saline treatments a few months ago. She has been wearing contacts for sports and recently she has been getting really dry eyes. The other day the contacts seemed to really stick to her eyes when she tried to take them out right after during her night treatment which includes hypertonic saline. After a whole lot of regular saline in her eyes we got the contacts out. I am wondering the hypertonic saline dehydrated the contacts. Should she put them in after her morning treatment and take them out before the night treatment?
