i do HS twice a day(7%). when i feel like i need a third treatment i never do 7%, i always make the third treatment 3%. i find 3% works much better than doing 7%. 7% 3 times is just too strong for me.

I have done it three times a day only to find it makes my chest tight. Usually I stick to once or twice a day.
