Hypertonic Saline

Is hypertonic saline supposed to take 30 minutes to run? Is there a compressor out there that speeds things up? We are using a 7 year old compressor. I'm sure there are better models.

We are using PARI nebulizers for our hts and pulmozyme. They take 30 minutes and 15 minutes, respectively. Can anyone top those times? What do you use?
Thanks!

Also, we are now on nebs and airway clearance twice a day, and are not looking forward to school mornings. Does anyone have any morning schedules that work really well? We will have to leave the house at 7:10 each morning.

HTS should only take 10-15 minutes. We use a Pari compressor, sounds like you need a new compressor. We have the Pari Proneb Ultra. The compressors do NOT last forever, so I would look into getting insurance to get ou a new one.

There's also the eFlow, which cuts neb time by a lot. My Pulmo takes less than 5 minutes, and my HTS usually takes about 10-15.
