I was able to hold Alexa for awhile....maybe 10 minutes or so before they took her to the NICU. The NICU called about an hour later to say she was all set up and ready for us to visit her.
I went into labor naturally. I was taking an afternoon nap, rolled over and my water broke. Contractions started shortly after that - five minutes apart.
