IF your only problem is the time you are hooked to the neb then ask if at least 2 of the albeuterols can be inhaler.

Sorry, I only have children with CF, but my infant was doing Albuterol every 4 hours when she came home from the hospital. Then the next week the doctor changed it to 3 times per day instead. Just wanted to add my experience!

You may want to get a Portable Nebulizer

When DS came home from the NICU (years ago) we were told to do cpt and albuterol/atrovent nebs 4 times a day. When I went back to work we were told 3 times a day. When DS gets sick, we do bump back up to 4 times with his vest.
