I think you guys need to get a picture together of the two amazing bodies... Mark and Julie that is. What an interesting couple picture that would be.

AMAZING You should definitely enter a competition. Now I know why Julie is so worried about you. She has a hunk and does not want to lose it.

I am sure you take awesome CARE of yourself and you are a great example to all of us with CF and transplants.

When you have the time please write down all your foods that you eat and your routine. I think you need to get yourself a website devoted to how you got where you are just for your cf fans.

Now that you have encouraged us you must pull us through. You can have a place for your before and afters. Ask Jeanne maybe she can help you.

<span style=" font-size: small;">Hi Christian,<br>
<span style=" font-size: small;">My name is Khristina. I am 31 yr
old with CF. I read your reply to Mark. It says that you are trying
for a baby. My husband and I exploring our options for a baby too.
I need all the advice I can get. What are the bad and the good of
carrying your own in your opinion? We aren't sure whether to adopt,
go surrogate or just get pregnant myself. Please let me know what
you have learned. Thanks

I think that's a great idea Risa. It might be a bit of work mark, but I'm sure a lot of us would appreciate that.

maybe if there are a lot of people that are interested I will make a journal on this site of what I eat that day the exercises etc. I dont know if I will have time to actually put together a site especially with the little ones on the way, but if there is a lot of people interested you never know :)

I am interested in knowing many things.

I would want to know what motivated you to achieve your goals.

How you went about learning the proper techniques.

How did weight training help you with your outlook on life as well as your CF.

On days that you did not feel well enough, did you still push yourself to workout?

I am very interested in seeing before and after photos too.

Diet is important and what works for one may not work for another. What was your successful diet intake?

Are you having your blood chemistry's monitored (how often) how do you know how much protein is not is excessive for your body weight.

I thought a website for CF patients devoted strictly to weight training and proper diet would be excellent. After others have achieved their success I can see you posting their stories and pictures up too. So it would be like a community effort. If you do not have the time then perhaps someone can run the site as a community effort.

I know there are four other CF patients on the net and we have seen many other pictures but when you have a place to be reminded of what a person can achieve it might really help others. Some people need an incentive to stay motivated.

I would like to be able to lead my son in the right direction as far as self confidence, discipline and respect for hes body. being as he will need to take care of it. He is only a baby now but good habits last a life time. And as a mother I think of these things. And I had read from a post from julie about the calorie to fluid intake and it really stuck in my mind so please do share your regement with us. Never to early to start preparing for the future.

I will start to put something together to answer some of the questions I might be able to get something on here in a few days that goes over the motivation/desire, diet, supplements, and the other questions that Risa asked.

I will also look for some before pics around the house to show the change.

cheers

I have been working out very often lately and today I decided to try something new. I think I even created a different angle too. I did a backward hand stand or I do not even know the name of it. I hold on to my trampoline and my legs go up in the air while I stay and balance them. I am going to have to get a picture soon

But the reason why I am posting this was because Markus motivated me to try something new. yeah
