I think my vest machine is dying...what now?

Hello,

I have Hill-Rom vest that I got probably about 3 years ago. It's been acting funny for a few months now, where it loses pressure and speed and then catches back up by going faster. It's gotten worse tonight where it's almost making me nauseous by the way it goes fast and then slow, loose then tighter. Does anyone know if Hill-Rom will do anything about this? Or is there a warranty on it? I'm going to give them a call tomorrow but just wanted to know if anyone else experienced something similar.

They will replace it with a new one. I had mine go out a few months ago. i called them and the next day i received the new one. they will have u ship the old one back to them in the box that the new one came in. they are fast because they know that we need them. they might give you the newest model like they did me. i had the 104 model and they sent me the 105 model.

Had an issue with DS' a couple weeks ago -- overnighted a new one and they arranged for fed ex to pick up the old one, just put it in the same box they sent the new one in. When I first called, one person told me I'd have to RUN the machine for him, so he could here the high pitched wailing it was making; however, when I called back over my noon hour the other rep, just took my info and made arrangements.

Thanks. I called Hill-Rom and they are shipping a new one overnight. Glad there's a lifetime warranty on these things!
