Bumping this up again bc today is my first day of the diet and I have lots of questions. I read the book-I found the principle of the diet interesting and I think its a good theory.
Of course the diet in general is a healthy lifestyle so its not gonna hurt either way. I wish the book had more scientific info-but he cites alot of sources. People looking for diets aren't usually interested in tons of medical info anyway so I can see why he doesn't focus too much on that.
Questions are-
do you have to stick to the meal plans outlined or can you vary it? (the day one, day two....ect)
I don't understand, is it no dairy-some dairy? I know yogurt/kefir ect is on it, but can I have milk or cream/butter?
Basically I see the principle is non proccesed foods, no wheat, corn, potato or starches like that, no sugar....what else? what about meats bsides the ones listed in the diet? besides turkey and chicken can u have anything else? (i don't eat seafood!!!!)
