I tried the diet about 5 -6 months ago and i had to stop it after a month because i lost too much weight and i am having a hard time gaining it back. I didnt notice any significant change in how i felt, but my blood sugars were never more perfect ... BUT like i said , the bad drawback was.... I lost a lot of weight and had to abandon the diet pronto. I tend to eat a ton of dairy on a daily basis, and i think that omitting it from my diet had a lot to do with how quickly i lost the weight. I have been in the process of trying to gain it back in the past 5 months and it isnt easy.
