I just got the SmartVest and I love it (never had a vest before). I am waiting for a RT to visit. I have only had the vest for 2 weeks. I set-up a program that runs for an hour;

Pressure within the vest is set at 80 (Smartvest has a pressure control from 10 to 100). Frequency can be set between 5 to 20 Hertz (Hz)

10 Min at 10 Hz
15 Min at 12 Hz
12 Min at 14 Hz
12 Min at 8 Hz
11 Min at 5 Hz

Mason does his for 20 mins total:
12 hz for 5 mins
14 hz for 5 mins
16 hz for 5 mins
18 hz for 5 mins

Tucker does his for 20 mins total also:
10 hz for 5 mins
12 hz for 5 mins
14 hz for 5 mins
16 hz for 5 mins

Sometimes we end up just doing up to the 2nd to the highest and then up to the highest for a couple of mins and then move it back down to the 2nd to the highest if it is too much.

Great, thanks everyone!

I got it on Thursday and it's been wonderful - I love it!

I use 10, 12, and 14 with 6 pressure. I think that will work good for me. Sounds like that's what most people do.
