Happy Friday Everyone!

I was wondering if anyone else uses "Heat" to help break up or "melt" their mucus?

For example, before a treatment, or when I am waiting on Albuterol to kick in, I'll drink some hot tea and place a heating pad on my chest. It seems like this helps melt the mucus in my chest and makes it easier to cough up. Sometimes I'll even do the heating pad, hot tea, and break out the electric blanket. It FEELS so GOOD!

I feel like with that, and the HS, I am coughing up so much more than just HS without the heating pad first. Anyone else do this? Or something similar?
