is it possible to reset the time log kept on the machine? mine is reading a very low time and i use it every day, so i know the time can't be right. i'm just wondering if maybe my son has hit a button when it's been on.

I have no idea; I would call customer support -- every time I have reached out to them they have been very helpful. To be honest I never look at the time on mine (I did when I first got it though; it made me depressed at how many hours I spend doing that stupid thing ) <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

mine's not counting hours at all. yesterday it said 52 min and some odd sec and i did my session and then it said 22 min and 36 seconds. i had to call to give a change of address for my upcoming move. i questioned them and they got me in contact with their technical guy and he had no idea why it would be doing that. he said since it's doing that and not counting my hours that they probably need the machine back and will send me a replacement. for insurance reasons. i knew i was close to needing to change the filter and that's how i caught this. it's werid. i can't believe i haven't caught it before now. thanks for the reply!
