Increased appetite

I have now been on Bactrim and Levaquin orally for one week, for sinus issues...and I am soooooooo hungry. I feel like I NEED to eat every two hours or less, no matter how much I eat. I get stomach pains (from hunger) at all hours of the day. I am STARVING when I wake up in the morning and when I go to bed at night.

Maybe this is just a complaint post, but I just wanna know if other people get this feeling too? My blood sugar seems like its going crazy as well. I dont have CFRD yet but have been getting more shaky since ive been on these meds (where I wasnt getting the shakes much before). My nose is feelin slightly better but I may still call the doc back tomorrow...

when was the last time you were tested for CFRD? might be time to get retested.

Every time I start to bounce back from an infection I eat pretty much nonstop, then when I start to regain my appetite decreases to normal, and then it goes way down when I get sick. So I would say I always have increased appetite on heavy abx, but my doctor seems to view that as a positive.
