increasing muscle tone to ease back ache

Hey all!

So I've got some MAJOR back ache going on. It's upper chest area. It sometimes hurts to breathe, though it mainly just tires me out more to breathe when my back is bothering me so much. I'm sure it's a big muscle issue more than general CF damage. I really want to try some toning exercises (without weights at first, then if that works, work my way up to maybe 5lbs) targeting my upper back. However, I have no time or desire to do this in addition to everything else on my plate. Can I do it WHILE I'm using my vest or aerosols? I mean, I don't really see why not, but maybe you all know differently. The toning exercises I'm thinking of starting with are basic pilates back exercises (swimming motion, arched back while lifting, stretching and closing my arms in front of me, etc). Anyone know a reason not to try this while using my vest or nebs to save time? My thinking is that it might even improve my posture while I'm using these making them a little more efficient.

What do you guys think?

As longs as your hoses don't pop out, I think you'll be fine. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
