Felicia, Grant has a 14fr mickey button. I use the larger syringe that comes with the mickey button set. I cut the end of the bolus extension set( the part that fits directly in the mickey) that comes with the set and put it on the end of the syringe. Also I add a very very small amount of mayo to the applesauce. Our clinic suggested that. I try not to let the mixture go to the end of the syringe, it seems to cause a clog when it does.

<br />Hope this helps. Grants clinic showed me this method for the zenpep but I think it works better with creon because they are so much small than the zenpep. Keep me posted.
