McGrad,
Thank you soooooo much for replying!!!! I am feeling a little lost in this. My center where I am seen is a relatively new center with little to no experience with AL. My doc is wonderful but he is a pediatric pulm. I am actually driving to a larger adult center to get set up to do things and will be followed there. My PFT's are stable and a little on the low side for me. I am actually the one who suggested back in Dec. that we do a tune-up in Jan. My doc would have never even brought it up. He thought we should wait and see and consider them in Jan. I think I am still probably about the same. So you would just go right to the Aztreanam?? I didn't really understand what you were saying?? Were you saying it is really too much to do a clean out and start the AL all at the same time? You say you have been on it for 3 years. Do you just do your tune-ups when you are not doing AL? It works in 4 weeks cycles, correct? You go 4 weeks on then off? Right now I do 4 weeks on Tobi then 4 weeks on Doxy. Did you stay on Tobi? What do you do when you are not on AL? I know I have a lot of questions and I soooo appreciate your response, and don't worry, I will make all my decisions per doc but I really need seem extra input on this. Also, do you like it? Has it been a good thing for you?
