The same happened to me except that I never stopped using it. I have to premix with the sterile water and then add the sodium chloride in the neb. It's really frustrating because I've been told like, 3 different ways to mix it so I don't even know if the way I do it now is right. Feel free to PM me if you want.

Erm. I'm given packs of the 10ml IV 0.9% saline to mix it with. Can't they just give you that to save another possible source of contamination and yet more faffing for a 15 minute neb?! <img src="i/expressions/neb.gif" border="0">
