My husband is also a nurse and has the same problem, Jennifer. He uses vitamin E cream and a creme with shea butter - those are the only creams that have worked for him, and he has tried all the others. Good luck!
Thanks for all the great advice.. I tried Shea Butter but I need to get more of that and give it another try....with some Vitamin E.. I am going to look and see if I can find the Bag Balm as well

Hey Jennifer, the one thing I really like to use on my hands when they are cracking and bleeding is "Working Mans Hands". They used to carry it at our local walmart, but now I cant find it...it is the bomb, as the young ones say.
