Insights from current 661 or 809 trials

Two reasons: 1) They botched the early announcement on 809 combo results and they are now facing a class action; and 2) The 661 study is a different format--it is a "dose escalating" format where they adjust the doses throughout the study, so it will truly take having everyone done to figure out what the results mean.

Any idea when the 661 study is finally finishing?

Vertex said that the 661/770 study is continuing into 2013 and that it expects "top line" results in the first half of 2013.
