Generic enzymes are NOT to be used for CF patients.

I know this isnt the norm for cf patients, but i have been on the generic enzyme "Pangestyme" for years now and its been great for me. My dietitician at the clinic was so surprised to hear this. She told me they usually are not good for cf patients, but they seem to work for me.
