ISO Large vest alone and or Vest with machine

Hello I'm in search of a Large Vest. Also if possible I'm in search of the vest machine. I lost my job a year and a half ago and don't have much money to work with but can get help from family for the shipping as long as its not very expensive. I have access to a family members machine but it would be easier if I had my own. Otherwise I would just need a large vest.
