I agree with what some have already said -- never discuss CF with your employer prior to being hired.

<br />A couple of my co-workers know I have CF because they are my friends on facebook, and my boss knows -- he is really cool though, and actually donated to my fundraiser. But again, don't bring it up before you're hired. Even after you're hired I would only disclose on a need-to-know basis.
